It also requires that, in accordance with the requirements of the "Civil Aviation Dangerous Goods Transport Management Regulations" and the ICAO "Technical Instructions for the Safe Air Transport of Dangerous Goods" that prohibit the transportation of lithium batteries that have safety defects identified by the manufacturer, airlines are not allowed to transport the Note7 mobile phones recalled by Samsung or the lithium batteries used in them.
